Marketing Manager

We’re looking for someone special, an experienced marketing manager to add another layer of expertise to the team as we continue to build on our early success. You don’t need to be from the real estate industry - it’s about having strong marketing skills and being a resilient leader, not necessarily deep industry experience.

The real estate market is facing enormous change over the next few years. As the largest network in Australia with almost 800 offices and more than 12,000 people, Ray White is a family owned business with a phenomenal history and now well positioned to be at the front of that shift.

Interestingly, marketing is a strategic lever that has not been well utilised in this industry. We’ve made significant progress over the past 18 months with our “Great” campaign (view our recent TVC https://greataustraliandream.raywhite.com/) and are deep into planning our next step. 

We’re now looking for someone special, an experienced marketing manager to add another layer of expertise to the team as we continue to build on our early success. A taste of an average day:

  • Managing a team of seven, including four designers (two offshore)
  • Coming up with creative ways to solve the marketing needs of our agents and offices
  • Working on campaign concepts
  • Liaising with the broader marketing team (Coms/PR and CX)
  • Engaging with stakeholders in the corporate team about a range of specialist projects
  • Working with suppliers to maximise the impact of our campaigns
  • Measuring the success of our efforts

You will bring:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience managing a marketing team
  • Tertiary or similar qualifications in communications or marketing
  • A strong background in communications, project management and/or franchising
