We are currently on the lookout for an engaging individual who has a passion for shopping centre marketing to join this incredible property company based in Brisbane. Ideal for a Marketing Assistant or Marketing Coordinator ready to step up!
Reporting to the Marketing Manager and working side by side, you will be responsible for maximising retailer engagement at the centres by preparing, delivering and executing the digital and social media strategies for all properties in the portfolio, including campaigns, activities, and competitions.
The successful candidate will get the opportunity to work on some project marketing activities for developments or subsidiary company projects as they arise.
To be successful in this position, you will have:
- Previous experience in shopping centre marketing as a coordinator or executive – Ideal but not essential or;
- Have experience with a marketing agency that works with shopping centres or commercial property.
- Strong experience on digital and social media marketing platforms
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Positive personality, great work ethic with high attention to detail
- Great at building relationships with tenants and internal stakeholders
- Strong understanding of budgeting and financial reporting skills
