YOUR NEW ROLE
Working closely with the Head of Marketing you will provide high quality marketing across a diverse range of assets currently being promoted including; 3 Residential developments, a first-in-area Retail precinct, an exciting ‘Eat-Street’ destination and a newly completed Convention Centre.
With phenomenal external support, your day to day tasks encompass:
- Execute the marketing plan with regards to signage, display suites and collateral production Manage online listings across all portals
- Advertising management
- Upload and maintain the company website and project specific websites
- Prepare and sent targeted EDM’s, collaborate on social media strategy
- Coordinate media, advertising and creative agencies
- Adhere to deadlines /budget
- Report on EDM readership, website traffic and SEO / SOO success
- Analyse brand and competitor activity
REQUIREMENTS
- Marketing experience within real estate OR residential project marketing or the property industry
- Strong time management and coordination skills
- Impeccably presented with a good presence and ability to influence / network
- Demonstrated longevity in roles
- Engaging, vibrant energy
