Our Client:
Our client is a dynamic, multi-arm business offering property management, sales and investment services across three cities: Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne.
The Role:
Due to an internal promotion, they are seeking someone to take over the marketing and promotion of the business, which will include:
- Loading property management and sales properties on to web platforms
- Organising photos, copy, floorplans, brochures
- All branded collateral – business cards, logo printed items and promotions
- Manage the website content
- Enhance all social media accounts and build followers & engagement
- Gain PR and local media coverage for successful sales
- General administration support to the office
Requirements:
In order to be considered for the role, you will need to display the following:
- Real estate marketing experience
- Demonstrated success in devising and implementing strategies that drive client enquiry and engagement
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- High attention to detail
