Our Client:

Operating in 5 countries, our client entered the Australian market over 15 years ago and has had an incredible track record in medium - high density developments, and planned communities.

The Role:

Working in the NSW Home building and development business unit, this position will be working alongside 2 x established Senior Marketing Officers. You will assist with current project marketing activities, plus play a pivotal role in the development their new House and Land contract business. Duties will include:

• Coordinating the output of marketing materials and collateral
• Creating marketing campaigns and directly managing the company’s external service providers
• Execute advertising, PR and media strategies to ensure maximum engagement
• Assist with community and stakeholder plans
• Providing input to annual plans and budgets
• Periodic reporting to management and calculation of ROI 

Specific Requirements:

• Must have industry experience in house & land marketing (greenfield master-planned communities preferred)
• Tertiary qualifications in Marketing
• 3+ years’ experience in a Marketing role
• Demonstrated skill and results in a similar role
• Strong PR and social media capabilities (preferred)
