You would be working for a prestigious boutique Real Estate company located inner west whose main focus is creating an amazing experience for their clients as well as a great environment for their staff to come to work and make it happen.
ROLE FACTS
As an experienced Property Manager with a valid QLD registration certificate, you would be managing all things maintenance within their rent roll. You will have strong communication skills, be a people pleaser and love working with structure.
- Handle maintenance queries from tenants
- Getting quotations on maintenance work to be carried out
- Liaising with tradespeople
- Communicating with owners and keeping them updated throughout the process
- Processing insurance claims
- Managing invoicing for any repairs and maintenance carried out
