Iconic Recruit are proud to be partnering with a Developer who is a national leader. This client is looking for an Onsite Property Manager based onsite at this 6-star development. You must have the following:
- Minimum 3-5 years Property Management experience with residential development and have a high standard of property presentation and a strong eye for detail
- Ideally some Building Manager experience (though not essential)
- Ideally a strong understanding of the Act & by-laws, Body Corporate maintenance and service contracts, as well as fire safety regulations
- Ability to work with the Body Corporate on budget and expenditure control
- Able to identify maintenance required at the property not requiring a skilled trades-person
- Be proactive in identifying maintenance at the property and arrange for quotations where the maintenance requires a licensed trades-person
- Friendly and engaging personality when dealing with lot owners & committee members, tenants, Body Corporate representatives & tradespeople
- Strongly team-orientated – high level of communication both written and verbal to ensure the operation runs smoothly
- Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration
