About the role:
Play a key role in driving operational success in a brand new, premium residential development, in the emerging Build to Rent (BTR) asset class. Expected to be completed mid-year, the Leasing Manager will be responsible for driving the leasing on this high-end development consisting of 211 apartments. This company has a growing pipeline of projects and partnerships with corporate, private and Institutional clients across Australia.
Duties:
- Provide strategic Real Estate expertise to maximise leasing opportunities
- Adopt a mix of short- and long-term strategies to retain and nurture existing residents
- Sell the benefits of build to rent, including the premium services offered in the building
- Maintain the database, including data entry through the CRM tools
- Work with the General Manager to discuss maximising resident amenity and ancillary revenue partnerships
The skills and experience required for this role:
- Prior leasing experience in residential property management
- Strong commercial acumen
- Demonstrated understanding of state legislation and leasing process
- Ability to think on your feet, and to resolve problems as they arise
- Strong communication and ability to manage and nurture relationships
