The Company:
An opportunity has arisen to join this stand-out office in the Inner West due to constant growth of the business. This leading agency is a leader in their region due to the profile, high-calibre of the team they have built AND with over 75 opens on a Saturday, across a Leasing team of 4 – 5, the environment is literally “PUMPING”
Your Role:
- Managing the leasing process end to end (as part of a team)
- Taking photos, advertising and listing on relevant websites
- Scheduling open for inspections
- Check tenancy applications
- Preparing leases and new tenancy packs
- Taking rental and servicing enquiries
- General support where required to the team
You Will Need:
- Experience in Leasing
- Certificate of Registration
- A reliable car (and valid Drivers License)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- A love of what you do, and the desire to be successful
