We are looking for an experienced Leasing Consultant to work in collaboration with our Property Management team in ensuring low portfolio vacancy rates and source quality tenants for the properties.
Duties
- Market and advertise current and upcoming vacant properties
- Conduct property viewings as required
- Process tenant applications
- Liaise with Property Managers about maintenance or cleaning requirements
You Need
- A current WA Property Manager Registration
- Superior communication skills
- Great time management abilities
- A current and valid drivers license
- Willing to work collaboratively with the team
