Lease Administrator - Shopping Centres

We have an exciting opportunity with a major property landlord based in a Brisbane shopping centre to work as a Lease Administrator. This property landlord own shopping centres, commercial buildings and hotels with this role solely focusing on their shopping centre portfolio.  

Reporting into the Leasing Manager, you MUST have prior experience in shopping centres or commercial property either as a leasing administrator or property administrator with another property landlord or agency.

You will be required to prepare drafts, options and offers to lease; assist in negotiating of leases with the Leasing Manager; liaising with internal and external legal requirements; providing general assistance and advice to the asset and centre teams; taking minutes for meetings; prepare and monitor lease deals and approvals; preparation of accurate letters and documents plus, build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
