The Role:
Based near Cessnock, our client has been exclusively listed to sell this well-priced land development and still have over 600 lots to sell
- Take all initial enquiries and register EOI’s
- Proactively reach out to past enquiries
- Suggest communication strategies to promote exciting progress on site
- Providing a higher than average level of customer support to inbound enquiries
- Understanding and assessing client’s needs & providing suitable solutions
- Negotiating and selling land (and some spec or house and land packages that have been created)
About You:
- You will be an experienced Land / Project Sales Agent with outstanding customer service and relationship building skills
- You will be proactive, enjoy jumping on the phones and socializing around the site to draw people in
- You will be required to work Sunday’s and 4 days during the week
- Knowledge of, and living local to the Hunter Valley, Lake Macquarie or Newcastle area
