The client
A well established residential land and townhouse developer, with a proven track record of delivering property in Brisbane's most sought after areas. Based in a central location in Brisbane they offer a fantastic organisational culture that is social and friendly and focused on their people.
The role:
Reporting to the Senior Development Manager, you will assist in all phases of the development life-cycle. The function of this role is to run a number of projects at varying stages in the development cycle. This role will offer a great opportunity for the chosen candidate to establish themselves in their development career and get exposure to acquisitions and capital raising.
The role will encompass:
- Assisting with reviewing designs and subdivision plans
- Manage contractors and tenders
- Attend site meetings and assist with coordinating site activities
- Monitoring works progress
- Establish and maintain a good relationship with relevant councils
- Liaise with internal development teams to ensure the project is running on track, including in-house sales and marketing, finance and planning
- Monitor progress reports
- Be involved in the operational budget reports and forecast
- Be involved in capital raising
Qualification, Skills & Experience:
- A degree in Property, Construction or corresponding discipline
- Strong Property Development background in residential land subdivisions
- Detail-oriented with excellent negotiation as well as strong communication and relationship building skills.

- Possess the desire to engage in high levels of responsibility and self-management
