Junior Strata Manager

Our client is one of Perth’s leading specialist Strata Management agencies evolving over a 20-year period to become one of the industries premium brands.  Providing their team with unparalleled support and advancement in technology, has allowed their team to provide exceptional customer services to their growing cliental.   
  
Due to recent growth, they have identified an opportunity for an up-and-coming Strata Manager to join their team.
  
They are ideally seeking someone from within the property industry to mentor and develop into their next superstar Strata Manager.
  
This role will suit someone coming from Real Estate industry, but most importantly someone with the attitude and aptitude that knows how to build longstanding relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  
This will initially be a small portfolio taken from their Strata team, so support and know-how will be on-hand at every turn along with a specialist team to look after all maintenance, compliance and accounts.
  
 
Duties will include:

Manage a small residential portfolio which will be formed from several Strata Managers portfolios.

With support your duties will include:

• Liaise with both external and internal stakeholders (council of owners, property managers and your team)
• Prepare for and conduct AGMs and ECM’s 
• Ensure and enforce Legislative and By-Law compliance

Dream Candidate

• Experience in the Real Estate/Property industry
• Strong communication skills
• Own vehicle and driver’s license
• Dedication to training and to gaining full certification
