The Role:
As an ‘in demand’ Agency, we have a surplus of roles needing immediate attention. You will be trained up to focus on Junior positions such as: Leasing, Admin, Marketing & Office Support for our Real Estate / Property clients which will entail the following tasks:
- Write advertisements from job briefs and post to online job portals
- Screening resumes and undertaking proactive database searches
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates
- Compile notes for presenting candidates to internal team members / clients
- Email correspondence & liaising with candidates over the phone
- Develop relationships with and building a strong pipeline of talent
Requirements:
- This role will require someone who is resilient and driven, you will have strong persuasion skills and be a confident communicator - via phone and in person
- Someone who is considering a long term career in recruitment and has a genuine interest in people and their needs / dreams
- Previous experience in Real Estate, Recruitment or Sales / BDM
- Attitude is everything for this position. If you have an upbeat, friendly, bubbly, energetic and eager personality – this role could be your first step in an exciting career in Recruitment...
