Investment Sales Executive | Project Marketing

Our client is a well-respected project marketing business with one of Queensland's most respected Sales Managers at the helm. This role will be based out of their spacious and state of the art offices in a convenient city fringe location near public transport. This is a newly created role.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, establish and build deep lasting relationships with key strategic channel partners
• Develop joint account business plans with strategic partners
• Leverage the channel by educating partners on the value proposition, in order to achieve revenue growth and hit sales targets
• Build & execute channel strategy
• Achieve standard weekly & monthly sales/channel KPIs
• Ad-hoc administrative tasks

Requirements:

• 1+ years excelling in Property Channel Sales Management experience with established relationships in place who sell apartments, townhouses, and H&L (this is essential) 
• Proven ability to work autonomously and balance competing priorities in a dynamic and changing work environment
• Ability to be hands-on as the business grow this side of their business 
• Track record of achievement in sales growth
• Excellent negotiating skills to optimise sales outcomes that align with target growth objectives
• Analytical with well-developed problem-solving skills
• Exceptional professional networking skills
