Investment Sales Executive

Iconic Recruit, with 30+ years of combined Queensland property recruitment experience, are working with a well-known property company based Southside location. Our client on the hunt for an experienced Investment Sales Executive to join their high performing team. 

What the role involves

• Introducing and selling house and land investment packages via your existing network of investment property marketing groups and referrers
• Ongoing prospecting for new business sales partnership opportunities
• Managing an existing portfolio of residential property investment sales partners
• Developing business flow from new and existing sales partners
• Providing high-level support and sales training to partnership networks

Our ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum 2 years experience as an Investment Sales Executive selling House & Land (must-have investment group relationships in place)
• Industry experience and/or a solid understanding of the residential property investment sector (essential)
• Self-motivation
• A desire to achieve
• A 'do whatever it takes' attitude
• Professional presentation, a great outgoing personality, comfortable communicator with exceptional verbal and written skills
• A current drivers licence and a car
• Current real estate licence
