DUTIES
- Assisting the Property Management team by conducting routine inspection
- Reporting any maintenance relating to the properties being inspected
- Other admin tasks associated with inspections
SKILLS AND EXPERTISE
- Previous experience conducting routine inspections highly regarded
- Current WA Property Management Registration is highly desired
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver's licence
- Great organisation and time management skills
