The Company
Located in the heart of the CBD in an iconic building, our client is a global company of almost 30,000 staff, ranks as one of the largest stevedoring businesses world-wide and is Australia's leading port and supply chain operator.
The Role
Managing a wide-range of assets across Australia (as the tenant), you will be responsible for:
- Day to day management of the portfolio
- Support in the management of key landlord relationships
- Interface with internal / external stakeholders
- Manage upcoming CPI increases and rent renewals
- Establish 1 – 3 year budgets
- Manage sublease arrangements
- Dispute resolution & interpretation of lease terms
- Adhoc special projects and systems implementation
The Candidate
- 3+ years’ experience managing an industrial property portfolio – heavy industrial and maritime would be ideal
- Previous dealings with statutory authorities
- The ability to communicate with a wide cross section of clientele
- Tertiary education in property, business, finance or a commercial discipline
- The ability to liaise with, work well in a team
