House & Land Sales Executive

  • Base + commissions (paid on exchange)
  • $160,000 expected earnings Year 1

OUR CLIENT:

Operating in 5 countries, our client entered the Australian market over 15 years ago and has had an incredible run in medium - high density developments, and planned communities. Providing exceptional quality in their floorplate planning, space usage, materials and high-quality build, has resulted in value for their owner occupiers and solid returns for their investors.

THE PROJECT:

Based in South-West Sydney this is a premium masterplanned community located in a growth corridor of Sydney and has a further 7+ years worth of stock to sell. The sales team are housed in a sophisticated, architecturally designed display suite fitting of their product offering.

THE ROLE:

  • Chasing up leads and calling through previous visitors to site
  • Selling premium land lots, as well as spec, completed and off the plan homes
  • Providing a higher than average level of customer support to inbound enquiries
  • Understanding and assessing client’s needs & providing suitable solutions

REQUIREMENTS:

You will be an experienced Contract Homes Sales Agent or House & Land Sales Consultant with outstanding customer service and relationship building skills. You will need to be able to assess client’s needs, have excellent industry knowledge and provide suitable solutions. An unwavering work ethic and a contagious energy are highly desirable!

As with any House and Land Sales position you will be required to work Saturdays & Sundays and 3 days during the week.
