The Company
Formed 20 years ago in South East Asia our client has set foot in Australia and devoted themselves to providing a range of services in the financial and property sector that set them apart. Our client has evolved to be the go-to converging point and a long-term business partner trusted by high net worth institutions and investors.

Located onsite and running autonomously, your role will include:
* Address enquiries and database management
* Ongoing calls to potential purchasers and prospecting
* Develop and maintain effective sales networks with key industry stakeholders
* Implement and maintain sales reporting systems
* Provide monthly competitor land-estate price reports
* Maintain information on land availability, pricing and sales conditions
* Achieve sales targets in accordance with project objectives and each projects annual sales target

Hours: Monday – Sunday, 9am – 5pm with 2 days off through the week

Specific requirements:
* Mandarin/Hindi speaking
* Minimum 2+ years’ experience in off the plan or land sales
* Proven track record in achieving sales targets
* Strong customer service skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* COR required
