About the role:

Reporting to the Sales Manager the Relationship Development Manager (RDM) will work in a fast paced environment that is focused on quality and service and sales results. You will be required to build and foster referral relationships with new and existing partners and educate them through our established onboarding program. This is supported through collaborating with the team to close opportunities and ensure client requirements are exceeded without compromise. The person who is successful in this role must have a long-term outlook and satisfied to build their success through hard work and an understanding of the importance of fostering relationships. This role is based from our South Melbourne office.

Your day to day will involve:

Meeting with new and existing referral partners to build long-term relationships
Presenting properties to clients based on their individual and financial needs
Co-ordinating and negotiating sales deals, securing finance and completing documentation for the sale of off the plan and newly constructed property
Regularly attending client meetings
Providing consistent and personal service throughout the sales campaign
Participating in advertising activities to market and promote properties to clients
Report to management on a regular basis
About you:

You are a property sales professional who is looking to work in a faced paced business within the Real Estate Industry. You also understand that hard work with a fearless approach in the present will pay dividends in the future.

A proven high sales achiever in the Off the Plan or Project Marketing sector of the Real Estate industry with demonstrable success.
An energetic and outgoing personality.
Outstanding communication and people skills.
Possess a hunger to succeed and be rewarded for your efforts.
A current Driver's License and reliable motor vehicle.
A current Real Estate License or Agents Representative Licence.
Your previous position may include Real Estate Project Marketer, Property Strategist, Sales Agent, Salesperson, Sales Consultant or Real Estate Specialist.
