The Company
Boasting a portfolio of high quality projects across high-density and communities; our client is a diversified property developer with a portfolio of residential and commercial projects in various stages currently being developed across New South Wales, Victoria and Queensland.
The Role
Reporting to the Executive Director, this pivotal new management role is a non-selling role but is ultimately responsible for ensuring the sales targets of the Sales & Marketing team are achieved. This role has a strategic focus and will be the one that ‘makes things happen’.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing a team of 4+ direct reports across Retail Sales, Channel Sales and Marketing, along with a wider team
- Manage all elements of the sales and marketing functions
- Devise strategies that are competitive, innovative and drive sales
- Maintain existing relationships with Sales agents & channel referral groups and provide direction and motivation for them to achieve objectives
- Stay closely aware of competitor activity including sales and pricing
- Personnel management including KPI achievement, resourcing and on-boarding / training
About You
This is a company with a strong KPI focus, so you will need to be a strategic thinker and outcomes focused. Other requirements include:
- 7+ years’ experience in a closely aligned role (previous experience in a Tier 1 developer favourably viewed)
- Proven ability to lead a team with successful outcomes
- Be a highly energetic, passionate and experienced project sales & marketing professional with a strong capability across both
- Possess a good knowledge of the current project environment in Sydney
- Have full working rights in Australia
