Our client is a leading Top Tier Commercial Real Estate firm who provide services in Facilities Management across a key client portfolio nationally. Delivering tailored FM solutions, you form part of a small team accountable for timely delivery of projects, and management of building services across a busy portfolio of assets with a single, VIP client.
Responsibilities include:
- Delivery of capital works to scope, budget and timeframes.
- Assisting with producing a consolidated asset list and life cycle report.
- Managing of financials including PO’s and invoicing.
- Ensuring compliance is kept up to date across the portfolio.
- Responsible for carrying out any corrective actions raised as part of any internal and external audits such as AESC, Property Risk, Insurance, Greenstar performance, sustainability, Risk register, Water efficiency, etc.
- Development of maintenance schedules & asset plan to ensure efficient working practice.
- Maintaining key stakeholder engagement, providing impeccable customer service and relationship building with tenants.
This is a high pace role responsible for overseeing the management of an Industrial portfolio in and around the south-eastern area of Perth. You will be a multi-tasker with a strong understanding of Facilities Management. You will be a polished, well-spoken individual with great presentation and impeccable communication.
To be considered for the role, you must have previous demonstrable experience (at least 3 years) in a facilities role within a property environment and understanding compliance and risk associated with the position.
