They have an exciting role available as Assistant Property Manager where you will be supporting one of their long term Senior Property Managers who is an absolute gun and someone so easy to work alongside.
ROLE DETAILS
- Providing support to a portfolio including repairs and maintenance, in's & out's, new tenant sign ups, providing first class customer service to tenants and landlords and more!
- Full Leasing, BDM, routine & VA admin support
- Monday to Friday only
- Company car access
- Long established business with strong mentors, a family-orientated fun workplace, and a great reputation
- Salary $55-60,000 plus superannuation negotiable with experience
THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT
- Minimum 12 months experience within Property Management
- Customer relationship driven
- Loves organisation!
- Hold a current QLD certificate of registration
- QLD drivers licence
- Professional presentation and excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Be goal driven and self-motivated to fit into a like minded team
