Executive Assistant to Director/ Property Search consultant

Working alongside one of Sydney's most reputable Buyers Agents / Directors, you will be provided with constant on the job training
  • To $80,000 + commissions (six figures OTE)
  • Based on the Lower North Shore
  • Exciting & autonomous role
  • Monday – Friday role

THE COMPANY
  
Working out of modern offices on the Lower North Shore and alongside one of Sydney’s most reputable Buyers Agents / Directors, you will be provided with constant on the job training and a great deal of autonomy. YOUR NEW ROLE
  
With the candidate we placed 3 years ago moving in to a new position, this role will primarily see you managing buying-clients and networking with Agents / Agencies to source suitable properties for shortlisting.
  
Day to day this will include:
  

  • Working alongside the Director, assisting in an EA role + general admin
  • Researching, searching and delivering properties to match client briefs
  • Regularly liaising and building relations with sales agents
  • Attending open homes / property inspections – on & off market
  • Undertaking comprehensive property research – reports + photos
  • Invoicing Clients & chasing payment
  • Assisting with marketing and company strategy
  • Liaising with solicitors, building inspectors
  • Lead generation with agents and mortgage brokers
  • Escorting clients through shortlisted properties
  • Attending listing appointments with Director and organising his life at work as required

  
REQUIREMENTS
  
You will be a personable, fantastic communicator who is self-motivated, hungry and passionate about advising on and purchasing real estate for clients
  

  • Previous experience as a RE Sales Executive, Sales Associate or a Buyer’s Agent
  • Excellent time management and relationship building skills
  • Vivacious and personable – ability to deal with an array of clients
  • Strong understanding of agency agreements/ contract exchanges / pre-settlement procedures
  • Strong knowledge of the Lower North Shore
  • Car and Driver’s License
  • A current COR or Full Real Estate License
