Duties:
  
A unique role where you get a combination of office-based and out of the office work, this role will see you working side by side with this successful List & Sell Director. Your day to day will include:

  • Calendar management including coordination of appointments, email correspondence and meeting confirmations
  • Complete all marketing elements of a property campaign & coordinate all campaign related marketing including attending photoshoots 
  • Preparing homes for sale by project managing tradesman and suppliers, including attending all quotations, liaising with clients for approval and coordinating works
  • Ensure all processes are kept in line with legislation and NSW Fair Trading requirements
  • Ensure that the sales campaign administration from listed to settlement is completed
  • Liaise with buyers, vendors and solicitors throughout the sales process

Specific requirements:

The ideal candidate for this role will thrive in a fast paced office and be able to move between juggling priorities. You will also have: 

  • Strong administrative skills, computer literacy and accuracy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, strong customer service skills
  • Immaculate personal presentation providing confidence and maturity
  • Organised, reliable and be someone who naturally leads by example
  • Prior experience in Real Estate is essential
  • A NSW Drivers license and reliable car is required
