As the Director of Industrial Leasing, you will manage a small leasing team assisting in driving opportunities actively promoting the brand within the industry. You will be a forward-thinking leadership piece with two direct reports, working in a state-of-the-art office environment. The role requires someone with impeccable people skills and a proven track record in business development. Additional duties include:
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and continual promotion of the brand.
- Monitor trends and key players in the industry.
- Prospecting for new business
- Prepare client progress reports on campaigns
- Negotiate to secure lease and incentives on behalf of the client for all renewals, options to lease, relocations and refurbishments.
- Carrying out inspections, marketing and listing of all new properties.
- Manage two direct reports.
You will have already attained your WA Sales registration and will have substantial experience in Office and Industrial sales and leasing. You will be an excellent communicator and be able to manage your time effectively.
