Director Of First Impressions

Due to a recent promotion in our team we are now seeking a special person to be the new first point of contact for our busy office. Our Director of First Impressions!

The keys to success in this role are a high degree of organisation, a happy and positive disposition and an ability to reliably deliver high quality customer service and admin support for our team whilst operating in a busy environment.

About the Position:

Provide exceptional "First Point of Contact" service for all clients visiting our office or calling in by phone.
Demonstrate an excellent level of accuracy for record keeping and data entry in our information systems.
Provide administrative support to the Property Management Department.
Provide first class service to all landlord and tenant enquiries.

Skills and experience

At least two (2) years experience in an Administration role or Client Services role is desired.

Knowledge
Computer literacy with MSOffice and similar programs.
Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute
Understanding of appropriate Internet and Email practices
Telephone /switchboard knowledge and experience
Basic accounts / data entry knowledge
