The Role:
  
Due to the ongoing growth of this dynamic business, an opportunity has arisen for a proven performer to join the team as their new Digital Marketing Manager.  You will hone in on your creativity and marketing skills working across four exciting arms of their business.

Duties:

Due to the ongoing growth of this incredible business, an opportunity has arisen for a proven performer to join the team working across all brands.

• Coordinate media plans across print, digital, and signage
• Monitor and maintain social media platforms, websites and manage content
• Develop communications and marketing plans for all businesses, including individual agents
• Compile and distribute weekly newsletters
• Monitor and maintain metrics, Google Analytics, website performance, and SEO/SEM
• Provide monthly enquiry and activity reporting and analysis
• Create new and innovative ways to build brand awareness and increase leads 

 Requirements:

• A relevant tertiary qualification in marketing or communications
• Previous digital marketing and social media experience (within Real Estate preferred)
• Advanced written communication skills including copywriting and editing
• Ability to plan and adhere to production timelines, with a strong attention to detail
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Word and Project, Adobe Suite (InDesign and Photoshop) is ideal, and general computer literacy
• Drive, initiative, a great attitude and a willingness to learn are essential traits
