Our Client:
Locally grown, but now with global presence, our client is an established PropTech start-up which is a true disruptor in the Property Management space. Operating a digital platform, the overall mission is to offer a full suite of property management services, at less expense, with more efficiency and 100% accessible 24/7.
Duties:
A newly formed role to drive customer acquisition and engagement strategy your focus will be B2B in to Financial Planners, Buyers Agents, Brokers, Developers and Accountants etc. You will be responsible for:
- Working closely with the Founders on CRM strategy and road-mapping
- Drive innovation and new campaign ideas
- Execution and Optimisation of all paid, owned and earned data driven campaigns
- Management of website content and analytics reporting
- Supporting the promotion of affiliate programs
- Social media channel management
Requirements:
To be successful, you will come with:
- Marketing related qualifications
- 4+ years’ experience in a similar role
- An interest or experience in Real Estate / Property would be beneficial
- Knowledge of hubsport, Wordpress, Google Analytics and Tag Manager
