Digital and Social Marketing Executive

Longreach is proud to be exclusively working with an international client who specialise in providing excellence in Shopping Centre Management. Working across multiple centres in the Perth Metropolitan area, they are now looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to provide a creative yet strategic approach to activating marketing campaigns on a digital platform.

Working closely with the Centre based marketing teams, this person will focus on the following:

• Creation of digital strategy to be executed across all digital channels
• Manage the creation of content with key influencers, photographers and agencies
• Engage with retailers to ensure localised approach with each asset
• Manage social media calendar and live social content discussions with focus on positive, constructive interaction with customers.
• Manage the website platform including functionality improvements, optimisation and recommend and implement suggestions to continually improve the user experience
• Work with external agencies to review and improve SEO and digital spend across all channels
• Review digital analytics and provide key insights and recommendations for improvement
• Instils a proactive mindset that enables the organisation to anticipate innovation versus react

The successful candidate will have:

• Degree in Property, Business, Marketing or related discipline is highly desirable
• Min 1-2 years’ experience in digital marketing on client or agency side
• Excellent technical skills in digital marketing, social media and Microsoft Office.
• Strong digital marketing experience, analytical skills and computer literacy
• Self-motivated; confident and energetic
• A team player – able to cooperate and work well with others to meet targets
• Good attention to detail
