Development Site Acquisition

Our Client
Working with some of the best developers in Sydney with a focus on the East, Inner West and North Shore markets, our client is a leading property strategist and project marketing firm, working with developers to find, acquire, design and ultimately then market / sell projects off the plan

Duties
This role will see you researching the market to identify appropriate sites, with duties including

  • Staying abreast of opportunities and upcoming rezoning
  • Undertake desktop studies / feasibilities and working through due diligence
  • Negotiating with owners, agents, solicitors and Councils
  • Consulting on highest and best use of sites
  • Able to configure sites to gain a DA swiftly, whilst also achieving the best GR possible

Requirements

  • You will come from a demonstrated track-record of putting together profitable Residential / Mixed-use sites in the inner areas of Sydney Metropolitan
  • Strong knowledge of the Sydney metro market in medium to high-density development
  • Property Economics Degree (or similar preferable)
  • Full Australian working rights
