The Role:
To support the continued growth of the company our client is looking for a Development Manager preferably with experience in land subdivision required for a full-time permanent role. Reporting to the Senior Development Manager, you will manage a portfolio of development projects on behalf of clients in the planning stages.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of development projects on behalf of client(s) in the planning stages.
- Lead internal and external teams to achieve project objectives.
- Secure approvals, manage a delivery program, achieve sales and marketing targets, provide recommendations on product and pricing strategies
- Maintain relationships with stakeholders, including but not limited to the client, regulatory authorities, consultants, contractors, and customers.
- Prepare accurate project reports for management and/or client including but not limited to reporting on project objectives includes maintenance of a project feasibility and project program
The Person:
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities
- Proven ability to deliver within time and budgetary controls
- Strong drive and ambition to drive multiple projects through full project life cycle
- Attention to detail and strong desire for delivery of quality developments
- Experience with Estate Master advantageous
