The Role:
To support the continued growth of the company a Senior Development Manager or highly experienced Development Manager is required for a 6-month contract. Reporting to the Director, you will work across the front end process of the development lifecycle (managing external consultants, planning approvals, etc).
Qualification, Skills & Experience:
- A degree in Property, Construction or corresponding discipline
- Strong Property Development background including project delivery of residential built form projects (open to commercial as well)
- Detail-oriented with excellent negotiation as well as strong communication and relationship building skills.
- A strong technical understanding of residential buildings with experience in facilitating the design management and project delivery process
- In addition to these skills applicants will enjoy being professionally presented, engaging, confident
- Possess the desire to engage in high levels of responsibility and self-management
