Development Executive | Brisbane CBD | $75,000 + Super

Iconic Recruit, with 30+ years of combined Queensland property recruitment experience, are exclusive partners with a well regarded national property company. We are looking for a Development Executive to join their team, based in Brisbane CBD, and will be responsible for new business growth for this company.

The Role: 

• Consistently prospect and develop new revenue targets to meet company objectives.
• Actively identify, evaluate, recommend and pursue business opportunities to optimise potential for the business in the market place.
• Develop close working relationships with new and existing clients, key stakeholders, and industry representatives.
• Analyse financial data and implement into tender documents in graphic forms that are easily interpreted and validated.
• Preparation and production of client and company monthly and other reports.
• Other duties as required

The Candidate: 

• Ideally 2-4 years’ experience in a commercial property role (Analyst, Leasing Executive, etc)
• High level of numerate and literate experience in rostering and costing of services.
• High level of negotiating and closing skills.
• Exposure to the preparation and delivery of operational reports and tenders.
• Competence in situation analysis and decision making.
• Strong time management, planning, organising and implementation skills.
• Lateral thinker able to provide new solutions.
• Sound computer skills including use of Microsoft Office tools.
• Able to self-motivate and work autonomously.
• A tertiary qualification in business, business management, commerce or other related fields is advantageous
