Department Head - Property Management

• $80K + Super + Commissions

This progressive company in the heart of the Sydney CBD has built their portfolio off the back of their success in Project Sales. They are a boutique business with young, inspirational Directors, and a huge amount potential for ongoing growth.
  
Your New Role

With the Director stepping in to more of a sales focus, this is a newly formed role to oversee the Property Management department and the fast-growing rent-roll (currently 300 properties). In this position you will:

• Manage a small team of two others (Property Manager and an Assistant)
• Undertake rent-reviews and re-signs
• Deal with any elevated issues as well as managing Tribunal cases
• Conduct periodic audits to ensure all properties have insurance and have had routine inspections completed
• Set and manage KPI’s
• All accounts duties (training can be provided)
• Support with growth and strategy

About You

• 2+ years Property Management experience, preferably managing staff
• Strong knowledge of the NSW Residential Tenancies Act
• Current Real Estate Certificate or License
• Have driver’s license
• 2nd language – Mandarin or Cantonese preferred
• Ambitious, well presented and customer service focused
