The Role

With this Strata Management company bringing in so many newly built apartment blocks, they have created a new department to alleviate stress from their Strata Managers when it comes to managing defects, and some special projects.
  
Your Duties will include:

• Site inspections and compile defects lists for the builders
• Gain agreed timeframes for rectifications
• Coordinate access and / or liaise with onsite Building Managers
• Manage tender requests, where required
• Assist with Tender Process, including tender responses and requests for information
• Contract administration and project management
• Manage communications and progress updates across all stakeholders
• Approve progress payments and invoices

  
About you

Essentially we are seeking someone who is currently working as a Strata Manager

• Strata Management experience
• Solid understanding of the Strata Act
• Strong in time management and communication
• Strata Certificate/ Strata License
• Ability to work from the Sutherland Shire office once a week
