The Client:
Our client kick-started their start-up in 2015 and now are leaders in providing financial solutions to real estate agencies across Australia. In a nutshell they essentially provide services to Real Estate agents to ensure a smoother sales / auction campaign and offer a point of difference when helping their vendors get to market.
The Role:
Working directly with one of their client key industry partners, you will drive, manage and support their sales and growth strategy.
Ideally, you will have first-hand experience using a VPA product, so have come from a real Estate sales background so you can apply this knowledge and experience to the role.
Duties:
- You will be their ‘product expert’ – championing their product & services
- Ensure new clients are trained and are skilled in using the VPA product.
- Occasionally attend real estate meetings and pitches with sales manager
- Offer effective solutions to Real Estate agencies
- Foster and nurture relationships with existing clients
- Work onsite to support the sales teams
- Manage new customer on-boarding program
Requirements:
- 2+ years Real estate agency background OR someone accustomed to selling into real estate agencies
- Clear and effective communicator, a real people person
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment & a natural problem solver
- Experience with Real Estate CRM platforms
- Super well organised and can manage time effectively
- You love working as part of a team but can also work autonomously
