CORPORATE MARKETING MANAGER

Experienced Marketing Manager needed to work closely with Directors of this thriving Real Estate business *Newly created role * Location flexible*

Our Client is part of this multi-office network who are seen as being at the absolute top of the Sydney Real Estate market. With a culture and environment that is like no other this group pride themselves on their close ties to their team and their families. With lots of exciting plans already coming to fruition in 2019 they are in need of a Corporate Marketing Manager to join this business at a Management level.

The role:

A fully creative role as the new Corporate Marketing Manager with a good level of strategic thinking involved. Duties will be varied and will encompass some of the following:

* Corporate collateral - regularly review, update and evolve

* Prepare annual marketing reports

* Prepare award submissions & PR packs and logos for network distribution

* Manage marketing section of the network intranet

* Plan annual marketing and PR calendar

* Work with each individual office & department to constantly update marketing collateral

* Produce Conference flyers/FOS/Agenda and programs

* Create and work within brand guidelines and managing adherence

* Audit open homes in each location twice a year

* Office livery and signage for new sites

* Manage new office openings with events

* Manage merchandise and stationary

* Corporate videos e.g. - Recruitment, Community Collaboration, Auction, Why us

* Corporate PR in conjunction with communications partner

* Assist the General Manager with community marketing events

* Work alongside People and Growth with onboarding new team members, such as agent planning meetings.

Essential experience includes:

* previous Real Estate experience ideally at franchising level

* Highly structured with ability to meet deadlines

* Able to self-manage, be accountable & work closely with a team

* Proactive, punctual, & outgoing personality with positive attitude

* A solutions mindset with strong customer service skills

* Indesign exp essential & Campaign Track experience ideal
