With an established list of key clients, this WA owned builder have established themselves as leaders in their space. They have built an outstanding reputation through their consistent delivery of projects across commercial fitout, refurbishment and construction. They specialise in projects up to $20m, with scope for this to grow in the next few years.
Due to growth they are seeking an enthusiastic Contracts Administrator to join the team. Working across a range of projects, this business are known for establishing key relationships and in turn produce repeat work for their clients!
You will be proficient in the following;
- Assist in the preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, procurement schedules
- Progress claim assistance and external variations
- Review and assessment and negotiation of subcontracts
- Assess and processing of variations, EOT’s and RFI’s
- Order materials and liaise with trades on site
- Assisting across project expenditure and final accounts
You will hold a construction related Degree or relevant qualification and have 3 – 5 minimum years’ experience working as a Contracts Administrator within the commercial building industry.
Ideally, you will be people-orientated and be able to communicate with key stakeholders through your effective relationship building skills. You will be highly motivated to learn and progress and will work hard to see the business succeed with the team.
