Our Client 

Our client is a Top-tier Commercial / Industrial Property business dominating in the Western Suburbs of Sydney. A values-based business, they have created an incredible environment for their team which includes weekly training & upskilling and career pathways to Directorship!

Well established and highly successful, the business has 40 – 45 staff, transacts over 300 properties p.a. and has strong tech and systems in place, allowing someone to step right in with ease.
 
Duties
  
Working alongside an extremely experienced and long-standing team, you will be responsible for generating new business and as such will be tasked with the following duties:

  • Conducting ‘discovery calls’, lead generation, and assisting with generating business opportunities
  • Assisting sales and leasing agents with property campaigns and client management
  • Dealing with buyer inquiries and general buyer management
  • Market research on pricing, growth, and rental returns
  • Manage pipeline clients

Specific requirements
  
To be successfully shortlisted for this role you will have an optimistic ‘get up and go’ personality, be confident and happy getting on the phones for business development purposes and be resilient, you will also have:

  • 12+ months Real Estate experience (Commercial / Industrial ideally)
  • Certificate of Registration or RE License
  • Driver’s license and car
  • Excellent communication skills and immaculate presentation
  • Enjoy building relationships and communicating with people
  • Intuitively know what motivates people (data, facts, feelings)
  • Love the cut and thrust of what it takes to be successful
