Duties:
Day to day you will be responsible for managing only 30 properties, comprising a mix of office, retail and industrial properties
- Liaising with Landlords and Tenants
- Handling enquiries
- Rent reviews & CPI increases
- Organising repairs & maintenance
- Activity reports to Owners
- Lease renewals
Requirements:
- Exposure to managing Commercial Property
- Current Certificate of Registration
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to build long lasting relationships
