Commercial Property Manager - Work for a Landlord

Work with a leading landlord managing a portfolio of Premium Grade properties in the heart of Perth's CBD.

Our client is an institutional landlord and employer of choice, with an enviable investment portfolio of assets under management. 

A rare opportunity has arisen in primary portfolio in the heart of Perth’s CBD for a Senior Property Manager to work with the Asset Management team in delivering the strategic and operational management of the portfolio. 

Within the role of Senior Property Manager, you will be responsible for, and therefore be able to demonstrate success and experience in the following key areas:

  • Position the business as a leader in providing sustainable, innovative and inspiring workplaces through inspirational leadership, expert knowledge and creativity.
  • Demonstrate a high level of customer service establishing strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Maintain orderly lease admin & financial management procedures & property level reporting in accordance with relevant procedures.
  • Act as single point responsibility and accountability for the overall operational performance i.e. property management and building services operations.
  • Detailed understanding of cashflow analysis, modelling tools and accounting principles accrual accounting.
  • Strong understanding of property market sectors, valuation techniques & analysis.
  • Strong understanding of financial requirements for each asset along with forecasting, budgeting and profit and loss.
  • Record relevant tenant interactions in the customer relations system.
  • Implement and assist with rent reviews as directed.
  • Supervise & coordinate all new leasing & rent review activity.

You will be an experienced Commercial Property Manager with at least 5+ years managing your own portfolio, ideally of A-Grade or premium grade assets.
  
As a creative thinker, you will be naturally inquisitive and challenge the status quo, yet offer a high level of commercial acumen, financial aptitude with astute analytical skills.

This calls for a well-rounded property professional who can act as a fierce ambassador for the business, mitigating risk, whilst driving high standards of professionalism and superior customer service skills. Tertiary education in property or a related field will be advantageous and a current Certificate of Registration or RE Licence will be required from the successful applicant.
