Based centrally in the CBD, they are now seeing an experienced Commercial Property Manager to work across an industrial portfolio of assets for a single VIP client. As the business is moving through a transition stage, they are now ready to focus on building their property management team. Duties include:
- Management and execution of property and leasing services including liaison with landlords, tenants and buyers.
- Analysis of market rents and research for credible and informed advice to customers.
- Negotiate to secure lease and incentives on behalf of the client for all renewals, options to lease, relocations and refurbishments.
- Prospecting for new business.
- Carrying out inspections, marketing and listing of all new properties.
To be considered you will have already attained your WA Property Management Registration or be undertaking the process. At least 2-4 years’ experience in Commercial Property Management is required, ideally managing your own portfolio.
You will be self-motivated and passionate about delivering a high level of service to your clients. You will have exceptional attention to detail and high level financial management skills. With the ability to manage your time effectively skills you will also have a current driver’s license and a reliable car.
