A rare opportunity has arisen for a Senior level Commercial operator to relocate to Darwin to join their work focused and collaborative team and oversee the successful management of their portfolio that is heavily weighted by office and industrial. Leveraging off this incredible brand, emphasis will be on further establishing this Agency as the number one operator.
Responsibilities will include:
- Proactively developing and maintaining relationships with tenants and contractors
- Review the portfolio and make recommendations for improvements to the assets
- Financial management, reporting and invoicing
- Conducting rent reviews
- Work with Managing Director on upcoming projects and strategies
- Review, implement and ensure “customer journey” is maintained
- Identify prospective commercial purchases to grow the family wealth
- Ensuring both legal and company compliance along with a high-level consistent “customer journey”
- Any other general administrative tasks required.
To be considered you will have a minimum of 5+ years’ experience in a Senior Property Management role. You will have strong interpersonal skills and a driven, motivated attitude to achieve success. Customer service and communication is key, so a high level of delivery and quick response time is expected.
