Reporting to the Asset Manager, you will be responsible to manage a small portfolio of commercial and industrial properties; manage and monitor tenant payments; control rental arrears that arise; obtain quotes for property works; coordinate contractors for property works; monthly reporting; working in a small tight-knit team.
To be successful in this position, you will have:
- 2-3 + years’ experience in a commercial / Industrial Property Managers position as a MUST
- Immaculate presentation and strong communication skills
- IT Savvy with strong attention to detail
- Experience in input and monitoring financial data
- Excellent customer service and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive and positive personality who is passionate about property management
