The Company
Located in the heart of the Eastern Suburbs, this collaborative, long-standing team has an outstanding reputation, a tidy portfolio and phenomenal support to ensure that anyone coming on board stays long term.
The Role
Manage approximately 100+ commercial/retail properties, all in the near vicinity, with support from an accounts team for invoicing, outgoings and running end of month, and an Administrator to support all correspondence too!
The Responsibilities
- Day to day management of the portfolio
- Liaise with landlords and tenants
- Undertake CPI increases and rent renewals
- Carry out inspections
- Arrange maintenance and capital improvements
- Attend Tribunal as required
- Negotiate and finalising leases
The Candidate
- Experience in managing your own commercial property portfolio
- The ability to communicate with a wide cross section of clientele
- A current Certificate of Registration
- The ability to liaise with, work well in a team
- Knowledge of REST is an advantage
- Knowledge of the Eastern Suburbs would be preferred
