Iconic Recruit is a boutique recruitment company that specialises in the Property and Real Estate Industry. We are currently recruiting for a commercial property manager to manage a portfolio of commercial, retail and industrial assets in Brisbane for a highly regarded property company.
Reporting to the Director, you will be responsible for making sure assets you manage continues to perform strongly and key relationships with tenants and stakeholders and managed to add value.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Directly liaise with owners, occupiers and operational personnel
- Deliver efficient and cost-effective management of your assets
- Prepare and analyse quarterly budget reviews
- Manage policies and procedures in line with owner objectives, investment strategies, and occupier requirements
- Foster productive business partnerships with all tenants and external service providers
- Ensure the portfolio strategy aligns and delivers on the owner’s vision for success
- Represent the company’s values and brand
To be successful in this position, you will have:
- Min 3-5 years’ experience as a commercial or retail property manager
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with team management
- Understanding of property trends and diversification
- High attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Have the ability to manage all stakeholders’ expectations, both internal and external
