Additional duties include:
- Management and execution of property and leasing services including liaison with landlords, tenants and buyers.
- Analysis of market rents and research for credible and informed advice to customers.
- Negotiate to secure lease and incentives on behalf of the client for all renewals, options to lease, relocations and refurbishments.
- Prospecting for new business.
- Carrying out inspections, marketing and listing of all new properties.
You will have already attained your WA sales registration and have at least 2 years experience in Commercial Property Management. Cirrus8 experience highly desirable.
